Who we are.
Elation Partners is founder-led. Every search is personally managed, ensuring a level of care, selectivity, and attention that larger firms can’t replicate.

We're your talent partner, not another recruiter checking boxes. While others rely on outdated playbooks, we combine AI and human insight to find candidates who want you as much as you want them.
We help you define the right role at the right time, run comprehensive searches, and close candidates who will actually move your business forward.
Our work doesn't stop at hiring. We provide onboarding support, leadership coaching, and talent technology that empowers you to own your strategy long-term. Bottom line: we help you build better, faster.
Direct access to senior expertise — no junior recruiters, no handoffs, no runaround.
We've built teams from pre-seed through Series B and understand what each stage actually requires.
Just 8-10 searches per year, allowing us to be highly selective about fit and outcome.

Ashleigh has established herself as one of the go-to executive search specialists in Canada, where she focuses on leadership placements for venture-backed software companies. She founded Elation Partners to fill a gap she experienced as an operator: working with a dedicated recruiter who has experience both in recruiting and in operating roles at hyper-growth companies.
Prior to founding Elation Partners, Ashleigh helped build Borderless AI as a founding team member. Borderless AI is considered a category-creator for "AI for HR" and has raised over $30M from Susquehanna and Aglaé Ventures (LVMH). Earlier, she was recruited to build and launch Lululemon's membership program, taking it from ideation through its first pilot.
Specialties include: Director and VP roles in Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, and Finance across AI, Consumer, and Fintech sectors.
Ashleigh splits her time between Vancouver and Toronto. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University in Montréal.
